Order stuck in submitted

Hi I placed an order for an upgrade on 17/9/24 for delivery on 3/10/24. I received all the e-sign email and completed them and received an order confirmation on 18/9/24. Since that date I haven’t received any tracking details with the delivery due tomorrow (3/10/24). I can’t get past the auto live chat and unable to get through to customer services due to the lengthy time delay. Has anyone had similar and how did you manage to resolve the issue?

Hey @Andy81,

You should receive notification from DPD on the day of the delivery, with a tracking ID as well as an expected delivery window.

Have you received any communication from the courier at all today? It can take up to 2 pm to arrive if you're scheduled for a later delivery time.

Hi I am also in the same situation mine was due on the 3/10 as of today there is still no update from dpd and no information on new delivery date

Hi, I am in the same boat - order is stuck in 'submitted' nothing from DPD yet. I need to actually speak to someone but when you call you just go round and round in circles. It's rubbish.

I have the same issue, I had a call confirming the order had gone through, yet have not received any tracking information and cannot get through to anyone?
