Tried to get a new plan, and I was asked get PAC so I texted PAC to 65075 according to the instruction on the website https://www.three.co.uk/shop/addons, then 65075 asked for my DOB, both texts were charged additionally but it didn't give me PAC.
This is the message I received: "Hello. Sorry, but we're struggling to verify your account. Please go to 3.uk/iai for more info." Can someone help please?

You need to contact customer services by phone or live chat.

A PAC code can be generated from the Three app.
Once logged in click on Account, then leave Three, then Get PAC & STAC, then PAC.
The 65075 service should work seamlessly. It does with EE, O2, Smarty and others, but hasn't worked properly for months (if ever) with Three. It's pretty poor that they aren't held to account by Ofcom and/or the Ombudsman in relation to this.....
