PAYG top up while outside UK
You are able to purchase any top up / add-on to your PAYG while you are outside UK. Just make sure your new PAYG SIM is first activated in the UK before you leave. Next step is to registered your PAYG number on My3 website. Once that is done successfully, you can then purchase your data pack using your credit card while you are in countries that is in the Roaming Zone. You don't need anyone from home to top up on your behalf. I had not tried using the Three PAYG App to do it. So, no comments on this one.
