Hey, I did not get a promo code for paramount plus which I was due on my new contract. Is there a way I can get the code please????

Hello there. 

My understanding is that a message is sent out a few days after the contract is set up, which includes what is needed to get it set up. Since you didn't get that, I'd recommend popping through to the support team to let them know, and they can look into it.

Sorry I'm not sure I follow, is there an error when you try to redeem your Paramount+ code, or did you lose the message with this? Let me know a bit more and I'll do my best to advise or point you in the right direction.
