I received my Three 5G Hub last Friday.
I have tried numerous locations around the house and cannot get an acceptable or reliable signal.
Hence I am trying to cancel the contract well within the 30 day cancellation period.
I completed the online form 3 days ago to initiate cancellation but have received no acknowledgement and therefore have confidence that anything is happening.
I have repeatedly tried to initiate an Online Chat over the last couple of days but on each occasion having completed the automated questions confirming that I wish to Cancel I appear to be thrown out of the Chat with no explanation.
When I was looking into buying and setting up the equipment I had no difficulty initiating a Chat.
I have even tried to initiate a complaint but again I am repeatedly dropped out of the Chat!!
Can anyone advise me how to get in touch with Three
