Pay as you go cannot check balance over 3 app and web site

I tried over a week for checking my balance over both 3 app and website but they shown sorry they know the problem and try to fix it, trying to contact 3 agent but they are not helping out at all, only told me to reset password.

Oh dear, I'm really sorry you've not been able to check up on your balance, horacekit. Let's try and figure that out.

  • Is your Pay As You Go SIM still working, with signal bars showing as normal?
  • Are you unable to open the Three App or log into My3 online at all, or is it just the balance that's missing from those?
  • Are you able to check your balance by calling 333 and choosing from the automated options?
