Oh dear, I'm really sorry you've not been able to check up on your balance, horacekit. Let's try and figure that out.
- Is your Pay As You Go SIM still working, with signal bars showing as normal?
- Are you unable to open the Three App or log into My3 online at all, or is it just the balance that's missing from those?
- Are you able to check your balance by calling 333 and choosing from the automated options?
