Hello everyone, I just bought a simcard for £15 where it was stated on the card that it has 75gb of data pack. But now, it was almost 5 hours since I bought the card but I still have data when I try to surf the net. What's the problem?
Activating your plan should be automatic when you pop the SIM in a phone and switch it on. To my understanding if you have a pre-loaded data pack it should also activate automatically. I'd recommend to get in touch here if you're still having issues, and the team will do their best to help.
