To confirm, are you referring to Three Pay? If so, there are different ways of doing this depending on the service you are trying to use. Some are activated by sending a text to the service, some are activated online through the website or app for the service in question. For example, on the Goole Play store, you can find the option for it within the Payments and Subscriptions option in settings, then into Payment Methods, where you should see the option for adding Three Pay.
