Got a contract phone from Three. Had an email with phone details and the phone number. When the phone arrived it came with a SIM card. Put that in the phone and that has a different phone number and shows as pay as you go..I can only access the Three app using the pay as u go number. How do I use the phone with the original number and use the data bundle I'm signed up to pay for?

Hey Na1,
With every new contract, we send a Pay As You Go SIM card for any family members/friends or, if you wish to use this also.
@Geluk is right though, you'd have to speak with our agents on 333 or live chat. This is to have them remove your email address from the Pay As You Go number and get you set up on the number on your contract.
