Hi all,
I got a picturehouse code this week and tried to use it to book a show today (Friday) but keep getting an error saying the code is invalid. I also tried going to my local Picturehouse cinema and they also got an error when trying to redeem the code.
This is the first time it's happened to me. My wife also tried it and is facing the same issue, has anyone else faced issues with their cinema codes this week?

Hi everyone,
Sorry for the disruption, the Picturehouse offer should be available again if you refresh your Three+ apps. You should be able to claim or reclaim a code now.

If I'm not mistaken, the new codes go out at some point today, so hopefully you'll be able to claim, and make a booking without issues.

Same here. I got told to follow this link https://shops.ticketmasterpartners.com/threeplusuk when contacting customer service, which I pointed is down and got told to wait in case it’s a server issue…not much help

As the page isn't managed by Three, it isn't something we can look into. If it's down, it should eventually be resolved. It might also be that the link isn't correct though. We'd recommend reaching out to the team again to get the link double checked.

Thanks for reporting this, I've passed feedback on. It may also be worth contacting Picturehouse here if you've received the code on Three+ and the issue is with redeeming it with Picturehouse.

Hi Jonathan,
I had spoken to the staff at Picturehouse who said that I’d need to contact Three. I did speak to the live chat and was offered £5 credit to my account.
I’ll try reaching out to Picturehouse through the form you sent too.

I am also unable to redeem my picturehouse code today - is there any update? Will you be reimbursing the cost of a full price ticket that we will be forced to buy due to this issue?

Hello there.
That's not great. I'd recommend using the form for Picturehouse where you can raise the matter with them. The team wouldn't be able to reimburse you for the cost of a ticket to gain entry to the cinema.

Hi all, I called picturehouse customer services in the end (02073262649) and they knew about the issue and booked it for me over the phone honouring the price.

Happened to me once before, didn’t get a fix, now I’m here with a couple codes today and it’s not working again…hell it seems I can’t even use my student membership discount - the one for £7, can only get the normal prices right now, so that’s fun…
