Please cancel my add on. It is impossible to find a way of doing this myself

I am going around in circles and can not find a way to cancel my 10 gb monthly data add on .I purely use the add on when overseas . Adding the data top up is easy  but cancelling is impossible. I cannot find a cancel instruction however hard I try

Mate this is silly, for 2 months I’ve tried to cancel my data add on renewal with the customer support live chat and every time they’ve deflected and said come back either a few more days or at the end of the month , I’ve emailed and no reply either , there is no button on the app or website to cancel it myself surely it’s not that hard to just stop the renewal your end?

Hello there.

I'm unsure why the team asked you to come back another time, perhaps there was a technical issue at the time or something like that. All I can recommend at this stage is to contact them again. I'm not sure which address you are emailing, but Three don't have an email address for general customer service correspondence, that's likely why you haven't heard back.

It seems the app and the web account pages still don't allow you to do this. No option to remove the add on. Pretty poor really. Smacks of 3 making it too difficult so people just keep paying.
