Proof of usage

I requested proof of usage on the 12th of March 2024. I'm still waiting for it. Can someone help. I messaged John directly but no response.

Hi Jonathan, I contacted customer service again. The proof of usage they sent was incorrect. They said they will send again in 72 hours. They sent the wrong proof of usage and said on the proof of usage the phone will be blacklisted and has been recorded as lost eventhough I explained my screen is cracked and I need the proof of usage for an insurance claim. I hope I can get this in time without my claim being voided.
