I bought a PAYG SIM few months ago to test Three reception at home. I signed up using this account which is tied to my personal email.
It worked so well that I bought Pay Monthly mobile and broadband SIMs in a Three store.
But I cannot figure out how to switch those contracts onto this account (which is tied to my email). I don't want to go creating a new email just for Three. Any ideas how to switch over the accounts and update my details?
I've tried the Live Chat and 333 helpline but I keep hitting dead-ends.

Hello, John.
You can manage the new account using the same email address by having the Support Team merge your first account, and the newer account together. Once they do that, you'll be able to log in normally with the same email address.
