Replace mobile number on my plan

Hi, I am existing contract customer, can I import a phone number to replace my existing number on my plan?  Thank you!

Hi @Evamama,

You can find info on switching here: https://www.three.co.uk/support/switching

You'll just need a PAC from the old provider if bringing a number to Three.

If you have a pac code for the number you want to transfer I think you can then ask 3 to apply the pac code to your 3 account.
