I'm trying to purchase an add-on for roaming, my partner has purchased the 7 day roaming pass, but it's only giving me the option to buy the 24 hour pass, does anyone know why this is the case?

Hello there. 

Oh that's not so good. Is it possible you're on a much older contract by chance? If you're current plan was taken before October 2021, you wouldn't have access to the Go Roam Passes because those plans already have it inclusive. The 24 hour pass you're referring to might be the Data Passport, which is a different product from the Go Roam Passes.
