Samsung Galaxy 8 Classic - Delivery Date

Hi. 

I ordered a Samsung Galaxy Watch 8 Classic LTE yesterday from the Three website, when i ordered it said pre-order, stock due on 14/8. I've checked the website today and it now says Low Stock - order by 8pm tonight for delivery on 9/8 (tomorrow) so i contacted three on live chat and said 'so this means my watch will be delivered tomorrow then' but they kept on saying no, it will be delivered on the 14th. Even though i told them that the website was showing stock, they just wouldn't have it.

So am I right in thinking, that if someone orders the watch today, they will get it tomorrow and I will still get it on the 14/8 - even though i ordered it yesterday? (7/8)

How can this be right?

Hello there. 

It's unclear why the information changed, but normally devices are sent out on a first come first serve basis. The only thing I can think of is if there was a difference in the model you ordered. The colour, size, something like that.

Nope, it's exactly the same model - when i ordered it on the 7/8 it said it was on pre-order but the Three website is now showing stock.

I've just got off Live chat, who also confirmed this but still said my delivery date will be the 14/8!

That's quite strange, I'm not sure why that would be. Perhaps your order will dispatch sooner, fingers crossed.
