Hello. Today I paid twice for a £13.50 data pack and once for a £10 data pack for my number and each time it shows me the same error. So far you have charged me £37 and nothing works from the data pack I paid for. It shows me Internal server error, but otherwise takes my money. What's going on?! I want my money back!

Hello. Thanks for the reply. I called customer service, but what happened next, they made me confirm my number with a code that they send via SMS. The time to enter the code expires and the call is disconnected. SMS arrives 1-2 minutes after the call has already ended. I've tried several times and it's still the same. Just contacting someone there is absurd to say the least. Anyway, thanks again for trying to help me. I wish you a nice day.
