I set up a direct debit for my monthly rolling contract, but have not been given the £5 discount for doing so.
I was wondering why. Also, how do I stop the direct debit if the promised discount fails to be applied?
Thank you

As far as I know if your plan cost is for example 12£ and you are paying by direct debit then it will generate bill as 12£ but if you have not set direct debit then bill will be 12£+5£=17£ but I think what you are expecting is 12£-5£=7£

If you pay by direct debit you’ll get a £5 discount. It’s simple and not to be made complicated. Many people on here would avoid the issues that cause them to post if they followed the d/d route.

Call customer service on 333. Don’t cancel the d/d before you speak to them.
