My sim not working properly, can only call limited numbers and cannot text at all. Spoken to several agents on the phone and on chat nobody can or will resolve the issue, even sent me a new sim which didn't work. Also getting roaming charges as live on the Isle of Man. Been trying to fix this problem for a month now and really getting frustrated.

Thanks for getting in touch, I'm sorry to hear you've been having issues with your connection from the Isle of Man recently. A couple of other users have reported this and we're investigating. I've sent you a link to some colleagues that are gathering info about this.

@JonathanB... Isle of Man issues started again, all "Sure" bands now Forbidden and Manx Telecom is the only option... I've just had a text saying that Iim in breach of contract as I've been roaming continuously for 2 months and I've not left the Island 🫣

I received feedback from the Roaming team that Sure isn't available to use from Three UK SIMs, so Manx should be the preferred network for you, can you let me know what issues you're facing when the phone connects to Manx Telecom?

@JonathanB @Hi Johnathan, I've had this message today and I'm actually in Wales 🫣 going back home to IOM tomorrow, does this mean nothing will work when I get home

I'm really sorry to hear this. My understanding was that the previous issue had been corrected for some time now, but I've passed your feedback onto our roaming team to check that out.
Does it seem to be the exact same as the prior issue, i.e you're connecting to Manx and receiving notice of charges for your usage?
I'll let you know as soon as I have any advice we can share.
