I am trying to update my PAYG and keep getting the above message. I wouldn't mind but my month is up and I have had to load the account with 15pounds which is going down at an alarming rate as I cannot accept the package I want....

Hi @hairynoggin,

Sorry for any confusion there. Data Packs are once per month bundles which include calls, texts, and data. If you need more data before your Data Pack expires, you should be able to add a Data Add On instead.
