Speaking to a person

Does anyone know the number and option number I call from abroad to speak to an actual person not just loads of options to press, which when pressed takes me to more options then recorded messages.

The chat box isn't working either!

Absolutely appalling online services from three if you want to contact an actual HUMAN. Exact same things happening to me, asks you a load of questions only for it to keep going round asking the same questions, pointless and EXTREMELY frustrating considering all you want to do is speak to a human and not a robot as they clearly have no clue how to get a phone transferred to the correct, responsible person!

• Enter your number
• Press 3 to discuss 'anything else' 
• Press 2 to speak with an advisor
