The worst network! There's no one to speak to! They just give you automated options.. Then when when you accept to chat online, there's no chat! You click on chat button, but nothing happens.. Really it's the worst network.
I've run out of data, so I followed the automated advice that I can increase my spending cap, which I did, and I increased by £20..but still no data, and no access to the Internet!

On CHAT repeatedly enter "SPEAK TO A PERSON".

Hi there.
Normally increasing the spend cap wouldn't get you more data, unless you're abroad. If you're in the UK though, you'll need to buy an add-on through My3 to boost your Data allowance.
