I get this message when i tried to port a number from vodafone - I am using the correct DOB 

how can I resolve please

Hi everyone,

As I mentioned last week this issue is only affecting the online form, you should still be able to arrange porting in and out by calling or chatting with us. You can find options to contact us here if you're running into this error.

I'll also continue to send PMs to anyone that's posted on this thread in case anyone is having trouble making contact.

Hi everyone,

I've noticed a couple of topics popping up about this error so I've merged them together so we can keep the updates clear.

We're aware that some users are running into this error when verifying their date of birth on the self service port in form. Customer services can still help arrange your switch in the interim whilst we're working on this.

I'm sending a PM to each of you that have posted that you're seeing this error, to get you in touch with some colleagues that can help further.

Received my new phone and trying to keep my current phone number going forwards have entered the required information and my PAC number but for some reason the system will note except my date of birth
