I have been using Three Pay for Amazon Prime, Amazon Music, YouTube, YouTube Music and Ancestry since December 2023. As of Friday 4th October 2024 this payment method has either been declined or not recognised. I have not changed anything in my above accounts, they will however accept my debit card.
Three has assured me that no restrictions have been implemented on my account. YouTube also reassured me that no restrictions were in place. YouTube added that my bank was to blame - I was wasn't using my debit card!, I ended the conversation.
Let's hope time is a healer.

Hi mate , I’ve not been able to use three pay for all my subscriptions / Xbox / PlayStation wallet for about 2 months now , tried contacting all the support for the above and they said it’s an issue with the mobile provider, been on countless Three support chats and they said ‘’no issue on our end’’ even though it is , basically going round in circles. You managed to get anywhere with it yet ? As seen multiple people have the same issue. Thanks.

Hi @dylanedgeler,
Sorry to hear this, as @PeteG mentioned, this could be an issue with the credit limit on your account, so we'd definitely recommend to check that out with customer services. This credit limit should equate to your normal bill, plus at least the amount equal to any extra Three Pay payments you're likely to make.
Does this seem to be stopping any Three Pay payment whatsoever? Which sites/services have you tried, Xbox, and Playstation, are there any others?
Thanks,
Jonathan

Update 18 October 2024 - My Three Pay is still being declined or not recognised by YouTube, YouTube Music, Amazon Music and Ancestry.com.
Will probably tell you the same information a month from now!

The only thing I can think of that would block it would be the credit limit on the account. I'm unsure what it would change if it was OK in the past, but I'd recommend contacting the Support Team and asking them to check your account credit limit.
It's worth also making sure that you highlight to them that you're not talking about the spend limit, just in case they think you're asking about that.
Pete.

Hello, Vinners.
That's not so good. I'm not sure what would cause all of the payments to fail all of a sudden. Since you didn't make any changes, and the team didn't find anything on the account side, I can only imagine some kind of temporary glitch occurred, or something like that.
Hopefully it doesn't recur and you're back to normal next time.
Pete.
