I have a £384 limit but I can't even make a 1.99 purchase using three pay.
Your useless Indian live chat say not an issue their end but every service that accepts says it's three saying no funds. Have increased limit by £100 and still no resolution.
Who can I escalate this to as it worked every month until this one. Balance is clear also

Can you let me know a bit more about the issue. So just to check it's since your new bill cycle started, have you renewed your plan or made any other significant changes to your account?
What error message are you seeing?
Have you tested making purchases on different apps or services, or is it one specific £1.99 purchase?
