Hi this issue has been going on now for months as far back as june ! Still no sign of a fix to the problem, everytime i’ve chatted to there technical team all i get they are on it & working on a fix but are they really🤷🏼♂️ as shouldn’t take months to fix a website or app getting ridiculous to be honest. I’m Considering leaving three to another network if this problem continues this unexceptable behaviour of a network to take this long over fixing anything.

If you have an iphone & needs software updating & download the new software i suggest you try that first, seemed to work for me i can access my3 & website now no trouble so far so good 👍🏻
