Three app

It’s asking me to re Register to my account but I don’t know what email was used with this three account and I need help

And me and I held on the phone for 20 mins for someone to answer - I had to delete the app and reinstall - that didn't work, I tried on my computer - and after even more time - three hung up on me - not very impressive when its a three problem.....

Hi, please see the attached link as the only solution seems to be to message a moderator and there is a link to him in the post.
