I moved to sim only a couple of weeks ago, and ever since my threepay doesnt seem to be working despite them changing my spendcap to unlimited. Ive had 2 subscriptions declined in the last week due to this. Are there issues with threepay?, Three Pay

Welcome to the Three Community.
There is a limit of £40 per transaction and £240 a month which is set by European Legislation. Have you come close to this limit, at all?
Could we also check, what is your Spend Limit set at on the account?

Hi, no I'm nowhere near those limits, and spend cap is at £150.

Hello.
I'm not aware of any issues preventing users from being able to use Three Pay. There is an additional limit within accounts that may be causing the issue. I'd recommend reaching out to the Support Team and requesting for them to check your current credit limit, and increase it if need be. The credit limit is different from the spend limit, and different from the regulatory limit set for Three Pay, and can impact your ability to spend.
