Three pre-sale tickets 5 seconds of summer

Hi, ticket master is showing that there is three presale tickets available for the 5 seconds of summer concert, which go on sale on 12/04/2023. However, when I check the three rewards app I can not find the show listed at all. I am just wondering how I can get access to these presale ticket if they are not on the app?

Hi, it may mean one of two things. They are all gone or you are too early so either way keep looking.

Hi, I’ve gotten tickets a few times from three presale. access to the presale isn’t available until the day they go on sale. Keep checking back tomorrow morning, there’ll be a presale code to use once the tickets go on sale 🙂

Check on Ticketmaster when the presale for your concert is due to start and keep checking the app just before the presale starts. It seems that the code appears on the app when Ticketmaster start the presale.
