I have just transferred my number but my Three+ is still showing the original Three number. How do I go about updating this?

Hey @MZone, welcome to Three and to Three Community.

Is this still proving to be an issue for you? Have you tried uninstalling and re-downloading the Three+ app?
Did you transfer your number from another provider, or did you move it from an older Three account to a new one?
Is the number showing incorrectly in the Settings of the Three+ app? Is this stopping you from redeeming any codes or entering any draws?

Thanks for the welcome 🙂

I ended up just logged out of the app and then re registered using my number ported from Vodafone and sorted now. FAQ seams to suggest it updates itself but obviously not the case?

I'm glad it works for you, but unfortunately, it doesn't work for me.
