My £20 top up has vanished from my balance when I proceed to purchase a 14 day data pack on the automated telephone service. (444) please can anyone advise me? Thank you.

It's disappointing to hear you're having issues after completing your top up. Is it possible that you applied the £20 as credit to the account and left it without converting it to a Data Pack? If so, the credit could have been consumed by accident.
If you're not sure, it might be worth reaching out to the PAYG Support Team for more advice.
