Transfer an ESIM

Hola necesito transferir mi ESim de un iPhone 13 a un iPhone 15 este iPhone 15 ya tiene otro ESim de Verizon con una línea de EEUU sin embargo cuando empiezo esta transferencia algo ocurre y sale un mensaje que es unable la transferencia y que contacte con THREE

Sorry I only know a little Spanish, but if I've understood correctly then you were having some trouble with eSIM transfer between two iPhones? I'm not aware of any issues with you already having another eSIM installed from another provider, but we did have some temporary errors with eSIM transfers around the same time you posted.

Please ensure both devices have installed any software updates. After updating, can you try the eSIM transfer again, and let me know if this is working now, or if there's still an error?
