Unable to Start a Live Chat and failed device collection

I joined the Home broadband plan 4G plus on 12-06-23. However, due to the unable network and connection, I have to cancel my plan and shift to another service provider.

I contacted Customer Service via "Start a Live Chat" to handle the cancellation and the staff handled it well. However, the device is still not yet being collected.

I then contact  Customer Service via "Start a Live Chat" again, the staff promised another collection will be arranged, and yet nothing happen.

This morning I tried to click the "Start a Live Chat" again, but this time nothing pop up.

Turn off any pop up blocker; use an alternative browser.

Alternatively contact them via Social Media; staff are there till 8pm.
