Tried to obtain my PAC code today by texting PAC(dob) to 65075. A few attempts returned the error message ‘Sorry it has not been possible to process your request due to a technical fault’. Went online to 3UK self service, clicked on Leave Three and asked for PAC code, but the code is greyed out too.
Does anyone know what’s wrong, and what I need to do to obtain my PAC code please? Thanks for any help.

Sorry to hear you've been unable to get your PAC!
Can you please confirm if you're still experiencing this issue? Also, did you reach out to customer services to see if a PAC could be provided by an agent?
From checking the website, I can see that system updates this week will impact being able to request a PAC/STAC. However, this will again be possible after 10am on Sunday 8th September.
