Is there still an issue with making and receiving calls on WiFi?
There is 4 of us in my household who use 3 and we all have the same problem. My eldest son is on O2 and can make and receive calls but the rest of us can’t. We’ve made sure we are on the latest update, turned on and off etc but only way we know we’ve missed a call is when we get a text message which is not helpful.
i work for the emergency services and have missed a couple of important calls so it’s starting to get frustrating. Only started a few weeks ago but thought 3 had fixed it??
Any ideas??

What handset model you have?
have you tried the usual: power off and on; go to airplane mode and ensure that wifi is still on? this should kick in the wifi calling registration from your phone with the network; I think I saw a post about resetting the network settings;
please note that wifi calling is available and usually works pretty well (in my case) on Three network but it is up to the phone/handset to "decide" and kick in the "activation" depending on cellular signal strenght (and other requirements from the make).

We’ve all tried everything. Turning off and back on, airplane mode, reconnecting etc.
we’ve all got different handsets and there’s 4 of us on 3 and none of us can make or receive calls. We can via WhatsApp but not normal calling

whatsapp calling is "data"... so if you are on wifi it uses wifi.
let me guess and you are all on the same wifi? what broadbrand provider do you have?
are all handsets Android or anyone with iOS? and do the handsets have the latest updates and wifi calling enabled?
I'm just wondering why don't you have calls through cellular coverage (as the wifi calling is not kicking in). how is the coverage and network status on that post code? Or are you solely relying on wifi calling function?
