I have unauthorised H3GDEVICEPAYMENT transactions from Three UK. I did not order any devices and I believe this is fraud.

I understand how concerning that is if you didn't purchase a device.
This usually appears on your bank statements when a new device finance agreement is purchased alongside an airtime plan - as they're separate direct debits.
Please see our dedicated page for more info on reporting fraud.
Before Three can investigate this further, please register this matter with Action Fraud.
The page provided gives some guidance on how you can do this. Action Fraud will then provide a reference to you, which we'd ask you to share with Customer Services.
Three's Customer Protection Team will then investigate this further with you, and reparative action will be looked at once fraud is established.

Call 333 Cust Service immediately; also notify your Bank .
