Anyone having problems receiving the e-sign email when upgrading.I have tried to upgrade 5 times, yes 5 times!!! over chat and on the phone everything goes through fine, they say the e-sign can take 72hours to come through but still nothing.I have spent over 6 hours on chat and phone this weekend and its still not sorted looks like my only option is to close the account after years of being a customer.Very dissappointed😔

I’ve had the same problem, been waiting 3 days. Been on chat & rang them but no further forward.
