Why am being charged for an add on that I cancelled

I bought an unlimited data add on in November and then cancelled it but I have been charged for it again this month. I’ve been all through the app and can not find it still active anywhere but it’s on my bill

That's not good you've been charged again for the add-on. That's strange it's removed from the account but you've been charged again. Please get in touch with our Customer Service team who'll be able to check why this is still lingering on the account.
