Ive paid off my bill a few days before it was supposed to go out, now usually wouldn't some people think hey... there's no way 3 will take money out when they're supposed to if I've already paid the bill, right?

They took it anyway, so i contacted live chat they said it would go back in the same day? wrong, so they said if not, wait 48 hours. waited 48 hours, still the money hasnt gone back into my account. I contact live chat again, now im waiting for a refund for 7 days!!

here's a game, do you think they'll actually refund me or not?

Hi @jmaecass,

I'm sorry to hear there's been an overpayment on your account. Direct Debits are scheduled 3-5 working days in advance, so if you're looking into making a separate card payment, it's best to do so over a week ahead or instead allow the scheduled payment to go ahead as normal.

If your account balance is overpaid, and the refund is requested before the next bill is produced, then there shouldn't be any issue with requesting a refund. I appreciate it's frustrating to wait for the money to be returned when the overpayment was unintentional. Please let us know if this still hasn't been sorted out within the 7 days the team has mentioned.

I will keep chasing them up, that's money I paid to them already and they stole again. I'll keep chasing you up 3, I want my money back mate. I paid my bill, you take money out on the day its supposed to go out (they do this so they can steal as much money as possible i think) correct me if im wrong. And the only way 3 can correct that, you conniving demons, is to refund me
