Hi,
I am unable to cancel my apple watch plan. I followed the instructions on the website and removed it from my watch app. However I am still being billed for it. I tried talking to a customer service person and sent them the link of the website i took the instructions from but she sent them straight back and told me to follow the instructions! The same ones I have already done.
Has anyone else experienced difficulty removing the plan or speaking to someone who understands the watch plan?
