@JonathanB I am trying to remove my Smart Watch Add-on as I no longer have an Apple Watch. Customer Services say that all I have to do is remove the plan from my watch which I have already done but the Add-on is still active in my mobile plan. When removing the plan it states that the you have to contact Three to remove it from the account. Is this something you are able to help with as Customer Services don’t seem to know what to do. Thank you.

I'm not sure why the team would advise you to do it on the watch or phone, that only removes the pairing, but not the service. Having the team remove the smartwatch pairing plan from the account is absolutely something they can do.
There isn't anyone here that can directly access customer accounts as this is a customer facing forum, but if you reach out to the Support Team on chat or by calling again, I'm confident they should get it right this time. If you've already tried speaking to them again, you can register a Complaint on our complaint page and the team there will be able to investigate and help with the issue.
