hi can you advise 3 have arranged for my faulty phone to be collected tommorow by i think dpd and at same time deliver replacement >I forgot to ask will dpd bring a bag to put my faulty phone in it in or will i have to pack it up myself thankyou

No idea but if it was me I would pack it securely just in case. You don't want an argument with 3 if it arrives damaged as well as not working.

God idea thankyou as it is he bought plastic bag no packing ,,, so just as well wrapped it in bubble wrap ready to go
