my auto renew pack expired yesterday but it says in recent activity the purchase was complete yet it hasn't taken the money off my credit and not showing me my allowance

Sorry to hear this. Did the allowance eventually load, or had the card transaction for this failed? Have you managed to get this checked out with customer services, or was the issue sorted out in the end?
