Top up payment not being processed. "Please wait payment is processing" but nothing happens so I am unable to top up. How can I sort this?

Oh no, that's not great.
Are you trying to top-up on the app or website? If it's the website, could you clear your cookies and cache, as well as browsing history and retry, please?
If you're still having issues after doing so, please reach out to our Customer Service team and they'll take the payment for you.
