Hi All, is there anyway to stop my router switching from 5G to 4G+ this is causing my internet to drop out constantly making working from home impossible?

You could try calling 333 option 4 option 3 and option 3 to discuss your issue with tech support.

I've gone into the settings on mine and changed the band selection from Auto select to fixed, and I set it on B28,B3 and N78 (N78 being 5G). So far so good. I was getting fall back to 4G and it wasn't even working 4G, just nothing.
