3 5g router keeps connecting to BT and occasionally Google

Hi all, 

My NR5103EV2 over the last 4 weeks keeps connecting to BT I can rarely get it to connect to 3 at all I'm very technically minded and have tried all the logical things I even tried my phone SIM and the Mrs SIM both on 3 with 5g contracts and it does exactly the same BT occasionally Google and the download speeds are 20meg max nothing like the 300 to 700 I'm used to on 3. I must say that these notifications of connection are coming off speed test apps and on all 3 of my pc's the Sims work fine on our phones.

I've had this router for around 6 months and have had a lot of issues similar to others like resetting or rebooting.

Hello there.

I'm not really sure why you mean when you say the hub is connecting to BT and Google. Where are you seeing this connection information? Does the Hub still work when it's connected to those services?
