Just purchased the 4G home broadband ...got it connected but can't get Netflix on any of my tvs ..can get prime ITVX etc

Hi Jed I’m having the same issue. Moved into a new home for my WiFi yesterday connected it to my smart tv “it says it’s connected” then when I try and open any app it says “please connect to WiFi” if you find out a solution please let me know
