5g broadband security certificates and other issues

so im having an intermittent issues with network connection

my wife is unable to send/receive messages on whatsapp unable to access twitter and few other probems

i on the other hand have no issue with that but often get certificate/security issues which prevents from accessing the network.

heck i cant even connect to the router without having the issue

content filtering is off in the account if anyone is asking

Lots of people complaining about the same issue with certificate / security errors. Three have not been forthcoming in resolving it.
