I signed the contract in 2022 Nov and have been paying with direct debit since then.
My contract is about to end next month, then I checked my account for bills and stuffs and saw the bottom of the page on my dashboard saying that my bills have £5 discount each month because I pay with direct debit. I do remember when I signed the contract, the staff told me about it, but then only today, I found out I never have that £5 discount?! Bills never got deducted £5.
Should I contact support for this?

Hey @Trista109,
Welcome to the Three Community.
If you didn't pay via Direct Debit, an additional £5 charge would be applied to your monthly bill. As you've always paid with Direct Debit, you would never have had the charge applied.
I hope this helps,
Kate
